Thanks for stopping by! I think it is so important for you to know who I am so you can decide if we’d be a great fit for each other. I know there are thousands of other photographers out there but it is my belief that finding a photographer that you can relate to and be comfortable around is one of the keys to a great photo session and an enjoyable wedding day.
I love real life. Unplanned, organic, and unique to each couple, family or child. Take away the desire for the "perfect" picture and you'll find yourself more relaxed and true to who you are. These are the images that become those amazing moments worth holding on to. The belly laughs, silly faces and candid moments that are fully genuine and beautiful.
I love adventure. New cities, experiences, cultures, food; these are the things that get me excited about life. As a photographer I am incorporating more and more of this in to what I do by capturing these unforgettable experiences and the joy it brings you as a couple or family.
Adventure doesn't stop after kids <-- that's kind of my motto! I believe that there is never a bad time to give your kids new experiences; whether they are in their terrible twos or their formidable teenage years. I love giving my kids new experiences over a new toy and instilling in them a passion to explore.
I love uniqueness. I'm always up for something new and I love the diversity each photo session brings. Family photos on the beach? Yes! Engagement photos while skiing down the mountain? Heck, yes! Whatever represents you and who you are is what I want to capture. Photos do not need to be copied off Pinterest but instead should be created by you just being you!
My day to day consists of chasing two wild little boys around our home as they pretend to be superheros, build forts and eat more snacks than they do dinner. I am guilty of too many Target splurges, Pinteresting like it's my job and drinking lots of coffee... and what I mean by "coffee" is the girly, sugared up version that can't actually taste too much like coffee or I wont drink it, ha! My husband and I love working on projects for "la casa de Cope" as we like to call it and are always trying to channel our inner Chip and Joanna. We have a large map in our house that we are obsessed with trying to fill up with pins showing where we've been. Wanderlaust? Um, heck, yes! I am always on the hunt for a new adventure and would love to have YOU be a part of it!
